Description
EX-7118 is a spray polyol compound formulated for water-blown foaming applications.
It is extensively applied to exterior wall insulation, integrated insulation & waterproofing works, cold storage and other thermal insulation projects. Boasting superior temperature tolerance and blending performance, it adapts well to diverse construction conditions and equipment. The cured foam delivers remarkable heat insulation, strong crack resistance, high closed cell ratio, great compressive strength and reliable adhesion property.

Shelf life
Keep sealed in a cool dry area. Recommended storage temperature: 15-25℃. Seal and fill with nitrogen if the drum cannot be fully consumed in one use.
Shelf life of unopened original packaging is 6 months.
Safety
Operate in well-ventilated spaces. Wear protective gloves and garments to prevent skin contact. Long or repeated skin exposure may trigger allergies. Eye protection is mandatory; certified safety goggles must be worn during handling.
If Contact Occurs:
Skin contact: Rinse promptly with soap and water. Take off soiled clothes and wash thoroughly before reuse. Seek medical help once allergic symptoms appear.
Eye contact: Flush eyes continuously with water for no less than 15 minutes and consult a doctor immediately.
Ingestion: Get medical assistance right away. Gastric lavage or vomiting induction shall only be performed under professional guidance. Do not administer oral substances to unconscious individuals.
